Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for this website and for enquiries that start here. They are written in plain language; the specific terms of any order are always the ones on the proforma invoice (PI) we send you, which override these general pages if they ever disagree.

Enquiries and quotes

  • Prices shown on product pages are indicative wholesale tiers in USD, ex-facility, and exclude freight, duty and taxes.
  • A written quote (PI) is valid for the period printed on it — normally 30 days. Freight and duty estimates reflect rates at quote date and can change before shipment.
  • Sending an enquiry does not create an order, and does not oblige either party.

Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed when you approve the PI and pay the deposit stated on it (normally 50% up front, 50% before shipment; samples are invoiced in full).
  • Production begins after artwork approval and deposit. Lead times start from that point.
  • Reorders of an already-approved design keep the approved setup; new designs carry the one-time setup fee stated on the site.

Artwork and content you send

You confirm that you hold the rights to any artwork, logo or design you send us, and you take responsibility for its use in production. We do not knowingly reproduce trademarked or copyrighted material belonging to others; if a file looks like a protected brand or character we will raise it with you before production rather than after.

Website use

  • Site text, layout and generated images are © WeavePaw. You may quote factual points (MOQs, lead times) in your internal sourcing notes; please don't copy whole pages to your own site.
  • Product photographs currently on the site are supplier stock references used temporarily; where a photo corresponds to a specific supplier listing we indicate it on request. Actual product photography of your order can be supplied for your own listings per our FAQ.
  • We may change site content, prices and policies at any time; changes take effect when published, except for orders already confirmed under an approved PI.

Quality claims

Our defect and replacement policy is stated on the FAQ and summarized on each product page: faults caused by our production are replaced free of charge; transit damage on buyer-arranged freight is a carrier claim we help you document. Photograph any problem before reselling or using the goods.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for downstream resale losses, platform penalties or lost profits, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (including for goods that are unsafe where consumer protection law says otherwise).

Governing discussion, not governing court

We are a small Chinese factory-side team selling internationally. Rather than bury you in forum-selection clauses we cannot practically enforce either way, our commitment is simple: we answer every dispute within 24 hours on business days, put every correction in writing, and make right anything caused by our error. If a dispute ever could not be resolved that way, the parties would seek mediation before litigation.
