The part of the supply chain that small sellers can’t afford to hire
You could find a sublimation supplier on Alibaba yourself. Plenty of pet store owners and Etsy sellers do. What they run into is the same five problems every time: too many suppliers and no way to tell which are reliable, a language and time-zone gap, minimums of 500 pieces or more, customs paperwork they have never handled, and nobody to call when a batch arrives wrong.
We solve those five problems. That is the service, and it is what you are paying for.
If you already have a supplier you trust and simply need volume pricing, we are probably not the cheapest option for you — and we would rather tell you that now than lose your trust later.
Our role in your order
We source
We hold relationships with sublimation printing workshops and hardware suppliers, and we negotiate on your behalf. You deal with one contact, not four vendors.
We consolidate
Collars, leashes, bandanas and tags from different workshops arrive at our facility in Ankang, Shaanxi. You get one shipment and one invoice instead of several.
We inspect
Every batch is checked against your approved sample — print registration, colour, stitching, hardware and sizing. We photograph it and send you the photos for approval before anything ships.
We ship and handle paperwork
Door-to-door freight with tracking, commercial invoice, packing list and HS codes. We answer customs questions so you do not have to.
Things we will tell you that other suppliers won’t
We are not a factory
Printing is done by partner workshops we have vetted and worked with repeatedly. We handle artwork checking, consolidation, inspection, export paperwork and shipping ourselves. We are not going to pretend otherwise — you would find out on your first factory audit request.
Sublimation is all we do
No embroidery, no woven labels, no screen printing, no laser engraving. Those need different equipment. We would rather be excellent at one process than mediocre at five, and we will tell you plainly if your design needs something we cannot make.
Our name tags are blanks
Our aluminum tags are sublimation-coated blanks for your artwork. We cannot currently engrave individual pet names one at a time. If per-pet personalisation is essential to your product, tell us and we will say whether we can do it rather than take the order and disappoint you.
Duty rates are not ours to set
US duty on China-origin goods has changed several times since 2025. We quote freight and estimated duty per order based on current rates, and we tell you when a rate change affects a quote we already gave you. We will not lock you into a delivered price we cannot honour.
